Bev joined Ford of Canada in 1996 as an intern in Finance while completing her MBA.  Over the last 20 years, Bev has held progressive roles in multiple organizations at Ford, including Finance, Customer Service, Marketing and Sales.  Currently, Bev leads the National Sales Operations team, responsible for sales planning and analysis, product allocation and distribution and field communications.

RUTH KELLY

Ruth Kelly is the president and CEO of Venture Publishing Inc., and the publisher and editor-in-chief of the award-winning Alberta Venture and Alberta Oil magazines. Ruth was recognized as a Global Woman of Vision in 1998, a YWCA Woman of Distinction in the Entrepreneur category in 2003, and was the Allard Chair of Business at MacEwan School of Business in 2005, the same year she chaired the Edmonton Chamber of Commerce. The Canadian Women in Communications selected Ruth for their 2008 Woman of the Year award, making her the first Albertan to receive this national honour. In 2013, Ruth received the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal for her contributions to Canada.

Trained as a chemical engineer and equipped with an MBA, Judy is well known for driving collaborative innovation in the Canadian petroleum industry. She was pivotal in leading the integration of environment into Cenovus’s business and in the creation of Canada’s Oil Sands Innovation Alliance. Judy serves as the Board Chair of Alberta Innovates –Technology Futures, which enables Alberta’s globally competitive and sustainable future through applied research and technology commercialization services to businesses in oil and gas, pipelines, environment, agriculture, forestry and information technology. She is also a Director for Sustainable Technology Development Canada as well as the Public Policy Forum, an organization focused on tackling Canada’s most complex challenges through constructive dialogue across all sectors.

HEATHER CALTAGIRONE

Heather spent the last number of years focused on large scale organizational cultural change. Her focus was on creating and sustaining organizational change in order for the Alberta Public Service to reach its full potential through developing strong leaders at all levels. As Assistant Deputy Minister, Leadership and Talent Development, she oversaw talent management, leadership development and learning strategies for the Alberta Public Service. Currently Heather is on secondment to the University of Alberta spending her time teaching and finishing her Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Systems.

Jessica is responsible for reviewing proposals for non-profit and community partnerships. She is also responsible for managing active partnerships to ensure both Cenovus and the community benefit from the investment.

Jasmine has had years of experience working in the oil and gas industry, has volunteered on the boards of numerous charities, and also works as a yoga instructor. Last year, she was a keynote speaker at the Network of Empowered Women Business Conference, giving us one of the most memorable and compelling speeches of the weekend.

VICKI REID

Vicki has been with Cenovus for 16 years in a variety of roles. In her current role she coordinates business sponsorships, community relations and investment programs. In her HR role, she lead leadership development programs, performance management, workforce planning, new employee orientation, campus recruiting and new grad development and recruiting programs.
